Spring Wedding at Caswell House, The Cotswolds

Zena & Nick were married in April at the beautiful Caswell House, which is a beautiful Cotswolds Country House.

Zena was a dream to work with, she chose a beautiful colour palette for me to work with - Ivory, orange tones and a touch of burgundy. It was nice to bring this to life with gorgeous seasonal spring flowers. Zena’s bridesmaids wore different dresses in shades of terracotta which worked perfectly with the flowers.

Zena’s bouquet featured scented garden and spray roses, sweet peas, clematis, ranunculus, tulips and beautiful dancing butterfly ranunculus.

We choose two urns filled with seasonal foliage and the most amazing dark pink blossom, with vines tumbling over the edge. Roses, gorgeous British tulips with the longest stems you have ever seen, clematis and those butterfly ranunculus created a wonderful backdrop for Zena & Nick to say their vows in front of. We were hoping for an outside ceremony but sadly the weather did not play ball and so we set up indoors and were able to use the bud vases for the reception to line the windowsills which gave a lovely feeling in the room.

Beautiful photos by Shelby Ellis Photography.
