BESPOKE WEDDING FLOWERS

Picture an elegant wedding filled with flowers.

Abundant arrangements and bouquets bursting with petals, foliage and fresh herbs.

Awash with colour, texture, scent and movement, the venue is transformed, becoming a visual celebration of nature and the beauty of its current season.

Perhaps the happy couple exchange vows beneath a romantic floral arch?

Or brush past tall meadow arrangements as they make their way down the aisle?

Maybe conversations across the table at dinner mingle with blousy flowers dancing on the end of natural, wiggly stems? Either way, in the future, every memory is framed by seasonal British flowers. The way they look, the way they feel and the way they smell.

This is the vision I have as I create my designs, the dream I dream for each couple. The details change, colour schemes differ, and flowers are rarely combined the same way twice, but the result is always the same. An elegant, flower-filled wedding with plenty of personality, style and charm.

Beyond this common thread, my work is completely bespoke with an organic, timeless feel. As if gathered from an English country garden, delicate stems appear to sway gently in the breeze while their delicious perfume fills the air. The overall effect is ethereal, experiential and unique – wedding flowers designed to take your breath away.

Your experience working with me is just as important as the look and feel of your wedding flowers. To ensure the whole process is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible, providing efficient, personal service is at the heart of everything I do.

“Clare agreed to do the flowers for our wedding and what a find she was! I could not have asked for anything better… so, so perfect! Such a professional and so much skill and talent.”

— Anna & Dave

What to Expect

A Complimentary Consultation

Use the contact form to get in touch and I’ll respond personally to arrange your complimentary consultation. Whether we meet in-person or online via Zoom, it’s a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss your wedding flowers in detail. If you have a clear vision, I want to understand it completely. If you’re yet to make any firm decisions, I’m happy to answer questions and help refine your ideas. I can also advise you on everything from what’s in season to the best flowers for your chosen colour palette.

A Bespoke Proposal

Based on what we’ve discussed, I’ll create an initial proposal and quote. As well as including lots of beautiful images and inspiration to help you visualise your wedding flowers, all costs will be clearly itemised. A £1200 booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Once this has been received, the creative process can continue. Your final payment is due six weeks before your wedding day.

Attentive, Personal Service

I’ll personally handle your booking from beginning to end, gently guiding you as your wedding plans develop and we tweak and amend your proposal. I’ll also schedule a venue visit to ensure the designs we’ve discussed perfectly fit your chosen space. I only accept a limited number of weddings each year so you can be confident you’ll receive the care and attention you deserve. No question is too small, and I’ll always be on hand to assist with any queries you may have.

Abundant Designs that Reflect Your Love of Nature

I care deeply about the environmental impact of my business, and I take my commitment to sustainability very seriously. To minimise my carbon footprint, I source locally grown British flowers wherever possible. When this isn’t an option, I try to choose Fairtrade imported stems. I also avoid single-use plastic in my work, instead favouring more sustainable, reusable mechanics to create your designs.

Effortlessly Elegant Wedding Flowers

Having finalised the details of your design 10-12 weeks prior, I’ll arrive on your wedding day ready to transform your venue and bring your ideas to life. Although I often work with a small, trusted team of floral assistants, I personally oversee the placement of every stem. Some designs must be created in situ, but even those that don’t will be carefully placed on your behalf. I’ll also hand deliver any bouquets and buttonholes, so you really won’t have to give your flowers a second thought until you’re admiring their beauty and inhaling their perfume.

After your wedding, I’ll return the following day to remove any large installations, collect hire items and retrieve any flowers left behind. I always ensure the venue is left exactly as it was when I arrived.

Your Investment

My work is completely bespoke and unique to each couple, so everything is priced on an individual basis. As a starting point, to book my services you must commit to a minimum investment of £6,000. This figure is partly dictated by my use of premium locally grown British or Fairtrade imported flowers of the highest quality. The natural, abundant style of my designs is also a factor. As well as using a high volume of stems, I rely on sustainable, single use plastic-free floristry techniques to achieve my signature look. The minimum investment also reflects the personal service I provide, and the time, care and attention you can expect to receive while working with me.
