42 Acres in Frome is a beautiful organic retreat which had personal significance to Tessa & Alex and was just the most perfect, beautiful setting for their weekend of wedding celebrations.

Amy from Attabara planned such an amazing weekend, with complete focus on Tessa & Alex and the guest experience. For the flowers, we exclusively used British flowers in shades of white and ivory with hints of pale yellow, lilac and blush. The weather was not kind to us and so the planned outside ceremony sadly could not take place. But the rain didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits! Instead the ceremony took place in one of the beautiful barn buildings on the site.

Tessa carried a bouquet filled with the most delicate summer flowers including cloudy larkspur, scabious, sweet peas, oregano and just a few garden roses to finish. Her bridesmaids each carried a posy of a single variety of flowers for example one carried cosmos, one scabious, one cloudy larkspur. These were a really nice touch.

For the drinks reception we created a large arrangement filled with the most gorgeous yellow roses to sit on the bar. Each of the poseur tables had a delicately wild compote arrangement to delight the guests senses.

Inside the marquee we created a elevated feel with birch trees, a big floral bar installation and an abundance of bud vases lined the tables to create the perfect, intimate feel for the sharing feast!
